Account Registration and Verification
2.1 — Registration Requirements
To open an account on ppp77, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information (name, date of birth, mobile number, email).
- Be at least 21 years old.

- One person may operate only one account.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The applicable conditions for receiving this bonus are:

- Wagering must be completed within the set time limit after the bonus is received.

4.2 — VIP Cashback Program
ppp77's VIP program has three tiers, each with a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through consistent and regular participation. Cashback will be credited to active accounts every Monday.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse
Artificial betting to meet bonus conditions, the use of multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity may result in the permanent closure of a ppp77 account and the forfeiture of the associated balance.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
5.1 — Fair Play Policy
ppp77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are operated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure impartiality in game outcomes.
5.2 — List of Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on ppp77:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

Limitation of Liability

ppp77 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection issues or third-party service failures. Members bear the risk of using their own internet connection and devices.
8.2 — Gaming Losses
Gaming is a risky activity. Only invest an amount you can afford to lose. ppp77 is under no obligation to provide financial compensation for any loss or defeat.
8.3 — Unforeseen Circumstances
ppp77 will not be held responsible if services are temporarily suspended due to natural disasters, government restrictions, cyber attacks or any other unforeseen circumstances. However, members' accumulated balances will remain protected in such situations.
Account Closure and Termination
9.1 — Closure Request by the Member
Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. Before closing an account, all active bonus wagering should be completed or cancelled, and any eligible balance should be withdrawn.
9.2 — Termination by ppp77
ppp77 may cancel an account for any of the following reasons:
- Serious violation of the Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or account abuse.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Prolonged inactivity.
- As required to comply with laws or regulatory directives.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between ppp77 and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements or understandings are replaced by this document.
